Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the Fall Simply Beautiful Box…..
Laneige Day & Night Kit, $23
As the days get colder and harsher, you need to give your skin a little extra TLC—and this handy kit from Laneige is here to help you battle dryness and dullness 24/7. The duo includes the Water Bank Moisture Cream with antioxidants and green mineral water to keep skin hydrated, plus the Water Sleeping Mask to nourish your skin overnight, giving you a bright, purified and gorgeous complexion come morning.
Laneige is a skincare brand I have never tried before. I have seen it around but this is my first time receiving it in a box (from what I can remember). My skin is going through a serious dry phase right now and I am trying to find a few new products to help restore moisture. Fingers crossed this duo will do the trick.
Loosely Tea The Pumpkin & The Calm, $13.99
Whether you chose The Pumpkin or The Calm from Vancouver’s Loosely Tea, we know you’ll enjoy the beautiful flavour and aroma of these blends. The Calm is a green tea with dark buds of lavender that helps reduce inflammation, clears congestion and increases metabolism; while The Pumpkin is a spiced black tea that helps support a healthy immune system, delivers vitamins to the body and contributes to healthy weight management. Brew for three minutes and enjoy.
I love, love, love the fact that we received a few seasonally inspired items in the Fall box. Starting with this Pumpkin Tea. I’m going through a serious tea phase right now so this arrived at the perfect time and it smells SO good. And, this is a tea company I am slowly becoming familiar with. I might take a look at their website and see what other flavors they have.
Delia Organics Crème de la Crème Body Lotion, $24.99
The skin on your body also deserves some love this fall—and we are obsessed with the comforting scent of this soothing cream from Vancouver’s Delia Organics. This all-natural lotion absorbs quickly into the skin, provides plenty of hydration, and leaves a sheer glow as it softens and refines skin texture. The bonus? You’ll get to enjoy the lingering fragrance of warm cinnamon sugar and vanilla deliciousness all day long.
I would consider this another seasonally inspired product because the scent is absolutely perfect for Fall! It has cinnamon and vanilla and all the warm/spicy scents to get me in the mood for cooler weather.
Blush Peony Tech-friendly Gloves, $35
Does it get any cozier than cream cable-knit gloves for fall? We think not. This super-soft and pretty pair from Vancouver’s Blush Peony will keep your hands warm even when you need to send a text. The special stitching on the index finger and thumb is “tech-friendly,” allowing you to access anything you need to on your phone screen while keeping your hands protected from the cold. Spot clean and lay flat to dry.
I love receiving cool weather accessories in my subscription boxes because there’s just something so nice about a pretty new pair of gloves. These will be reserved for my “cute” outfits as I don’t want to use them as my daily walking gloves and risk getting them dirty:)
Mimi & August Fleur Art Print, $14
Who says florals are just for spring? Mimi & August’s hand-painted Fleur print in warm tones is the perfect piece to update your space this fall. Designed and made in Montreal from recycled paper and in compostable packaging, this nature-inspired art is also kind to the planet. All you need to do is pick up a 5X7 frame and decide which room you’d like to display it in. (Look on the back of the print to see if you received one of the special signed editions in your box).
Such a beautiful little print. I love the colors and will definitely hang on to this and use it in my new office. I will be so pretty in a thick white frame.
Scentuals Rosemary Mint Liquid Hand Soap, $13.50
If there’s one thing we can do to help stay healthy during cold and flu season, it’s to make sure we’re washing our hands frequently. Make that ritual special with this rosemary- and mint-scented hand soap from Vancouver-based Scentuals. Made with natural plant-derived cleansers that won’t dry out your hands, this sudsy formula lathers up and rinses off easily. Your hands will be left germ-free, fresh and silky smooth.
I was VERY happy to see a Scentuals product in the box this season. This is a brand I absolutely love and this also happens to be one of my favorite scents. I will use this in the guest bath so my friends and family can enjoy it as much as I do.
Huna Clarify Face Serum, $86
We can’t get enough of Huna’s face serums—and the Clarify formula is a perfect choice for fall with its antioxidant-rich ingredients, including pumpkin seed oil (we’d trade a PSL for some PSO any day). While this serum was initially developed for oily, acne-prone skin, its combination of oils and active botanicals are mild, gentle and suited for all skin types. This wonder product will minimize pore size, regulate sebum levels, reduce redness and calm inflammation.
I don’t necessarily need a face product for controlling blemishes, I’m pretty lucky with my skin, but I still appreciate receiving a face serum because I love testing out new ones. Huna is a brand that gets great reviews.
Blush Peony Rose Quartz Bottle Stopper, $30
This gorgeous little rose quartz and rose gold wine stopper from Blush Peony is the perfect accessory to pretty up your kitchen this season. It features rubber ridges, which form an airtight seal to keep any beverage fresh, yet it’s super easy to insert and remove. Whether it’s red, white, rosé—or any other bottle you’d like to keep covered—this beautiful little bar accessory will be your go-to.
Lastly we have this gorgeous bottle stopper. This is a product I won’t use often but will appreciate having on hand. Especially during the holidays.
Simply Beautiful Box Review Fall 2021 – Final Thoughts
The Simply Beautiful Box team did a lovely job with the Fall box. I am so happy to see a few seasonal products in the box this time around – Pumpkin Tea, Gloves, and Fall Scented Lotion. We received a wonderful mixture of products from brands I have come to know and love. Overall I am very happy with what we received.
