Simply Earth Review December 2019

Simply Earth is a monthly subscription for quality essential oils. Each month they deliver four simply pure essential oils, extras, and easy recipes, curated around a specific theme. Simply Earth helps you “create a healthy and chemical free home for your family”. They kindly sent us this box for review.

Spoiler Alert – I think this just might be my favorite Simply Earth Box to date. I had a peek as soon as the box arrived in the mail and I am beyond excited about the oil selection this month, as well as the recipes.

And it arrived at the perfect time as I just purchased 3 new diffusers – one for the kitchen, one for my office and one for the bedroom.

Here’s a peek at the items we received in the December Simply Earth box…..

Recipe Cards

This month we received recipe cards for the following:

  • Christmas Candy Diffuser Blend
  • Peppermint & Pine Salve
  • Cold Buster Roll On
  • Mandarin and Coffee Sugar Scrub
  • Candy Cane Lip Balm
  • Citrus Christmas Room Spray

I’m most excited for the diffuser blend and the room spray. I was hoping for some sort of festive spray recipe as we received something similar this time last year.

Sticker Labels

I love that they include labels in every box. Simply cut them out and attach them to whatever recipe you decide to make.

Extras

This month we received the following items to use with the recipes….

  • gift tags
  • spray bottle
  • tin container
  • 2 lip balm containers

We also received a sample of Wildroot Deodorant. I believe this is a new product from the Simply Earth owners. I can’t wait to test it out……and I’m crossing my fingers that they start a monthly subscription.

Mandarin

Botanical records show that Mandarin was cultivated in China as early as the 12th century BC. Mandarin Essential Oil can be used to soothe sore muscles, while its scent also has a relaxing and calming effect.

Peppermint

Peppermint has always been popular as a flavor enhancer in food and drinks. Other than its distinct flavor, it also has a cooling effect and can help relieve head tension and aid in digestion.

Pine Scotch

Pine scotch is a popular choice in aromatherapy because of its soft scent. Pine scotch supports a healthier respiratory tract, improves circulation, and has a warm and soothing effect.

Candy Cane

Our Candy Cane Essential Oil Blend is the perfect addition to make your home have that Christmas smell naturally!

Simply Earth Review December 2019 – Final Thoughts

The December Simply Earth box brought with it a selection of festive oils and great recipes for the holiday season. I was beyond excited to see the Candy Cane essential oil in the box. I would LOVE to see oils like this for every season/holiday. In addition to that we received holiday-themed recipes that I am excited to make. I see a recipe day in the near future. Hallmark Christmas movies on the TV, tea, treats, cozy socks and essential oil recipe making…….how perfect does that sound?!
