Simply Earth Review July 2021

Simply Earth is a monthly subscription for quality essential oils. Each month they deliver four simply pure essential oils, extras, and easy recipes, curated around a specific theme. Simply Earth helps you “create a healthy and chemical free home for your family”. They kindly sent us this box for review.

My July Simply Earth is here and I’m pretty darn happy about it. I have come to rely on this subscription, and it has become one of my “can’t live without” boxes. I use my essential oils on a daily basis and absolutely love having them delivered to my door each month.

Here’s a peek at the items we received in the July Simply Earth box…..

Recipe Cards

This month we received recipe cards for the following:

  • Self Care Lotion
  • Lavender Hydrosol Everything Spray
  • Mama Inhaler
  • Homebody Carpet Powder
  • Road Trip Roll-On
  • Hospitality Diffuser Blend

I especially excited about the Mama Inhaler and the Road Trip Roll-On in this month’s box. I feel like I will get a lot of use out of both recipes.

Sticker Labels

I love that they include labels in every box. And I especially love the labels for the top of my essential oil bottles.

Extras

This month we received the following items to use with the recipes….

  • lotion base
  • lavender hydrosol
  • aluminum inhaler
Grapefruit

Called the forbidden fruit of Barbados by Griffith Hughes, grapefruit was discovered to be growing in Jamaica in 1789.  Since then, grapefruit has been found to have many, many benefits–from clearing skin to rejuvenating dull hair. Grapefruit is also known for its ability to uplift, energize, and support mental focus.

Uses:

  • Uplifts
  • Energizes
  • Stimulates
  • Skincare
  • Cleans
Spearmint

Spearmint was traditionally used to scent bath water and was used to aid digestion.  Today it is commonly used as flavoring agent especially in gum and toothpaste, but its essential oil can also help those with queasy stomachs or in need of a focus boost.

Cedarwood

Cedarwood’s uses can be traced as far as biblical times, as it was used for construction materials in temples, homes, boats, and torches. Cedarwood Himalayan is now more commonly used for its skin and respiratory benefits. It is also found to be helpful for those who are emotionally tense.

Home Body

I’m assuming that this is a brand new blend for Simply Earth as I wasn’t able to find it listed on their website, but I do know a few details…..

  • It is made with Ho Wood, Amyris, Copaiba, and Vetiver.
  • It will create a calming atmosphere that makes everyone feel at home.
  • It is family friendly and it calms.
Simply Earth Review July 2021 – Final Thoughts

The July Simply Earth brought with it two of my favorite oils as well as a really great new blend. I happen to LOVE Spearmint and Grapefruit and have a feeling I will use them often. I’m also very excited about the Home Body blend because I often refer to myself as just that – a home body. I find so much value in my Simply Earth boxes, and as I mentioned above, I’m not sure how I would live without them!
