SoKawaii Review February 2020

February Theme – Love is in the Air

Included in every SoKawaii box is a detailed card describing the monthly theme and each item this month.

Rilakkuma Plushie

“This cute Rilakkuma plushie will make your heart melt! The heart shaped accessory is actually a small pocket that can be used to store and hide precious little things! So soft and cute, this one is a must-have in your collection of kawaii plushies!”

This kawaii plushie features Rilakkuma, an adorable brown bear, holding a small red heart pouch! It’s pretty small, but it can hold little notes and make as a sweet gift. The back even has a faux zipper detail!

Kirby’s Dream Land Terrarium

Subscribers will receive one of 6 magical designs from Kirby’s Fountain of Dreams collection. I received a sphere terrarium with a whimsical Kirby flying about with his parasol. It’s super cute and even comes with a golden stand for you to display on your desk.

Sumikko Gurashi Cup Sleeve

I can never get enough of Sumikko Gurashi characters! This time, the sweet cuddly creatures are featured on a cup sleeve. It’s made of a felt fabric that will help protect your hands from hot drinks.

Eevee Stickers

I love receiving kitchen utensils and items in my subscription boxes like this Hello Kitty Spatula! It seems like it’s made of a sturdy plastic and it even has a pink Hello Kitty handle. However, I’m not sure how heat resistant it is, so I’ve been careful using it. I’ve used it nearly every morning with my eggs, and so far so good!

Pompompurin/Pikachu Cake Mold

It’s super easy to use – pour the cake batter into the mold and then bake it in the oven! Once done, you can decorate it with icing to make it look even more like Pompompurin/Pikachu.

SoKawaii February 2020 Review – Final Thoughts

February’s SoKawaii box has easily become one of my favorites so far! I love receiving kawaii and functional items, especially kitchenware and utensils! The child in me loves the cute designs, but the adult me is so excited to put these items to use. My favorite items this month is the Sumikko Gurashi Cup Sleeve, the Hello Kitty Spatula, and the Pompompurin Cake Mold!
