It is honestly one of my favorite (and most anticipated) boxes to receive. I highly recommend putting it on your list for next year!

Never Saw Me Coming

What better premise for a Halloween read than a novel about a clinical study of psychopaths? We were drawn into this novel from the first line and loved this past-paced cat-and-mouse thriller set in an academic setting. We know you will love this character-driven suspense novel. Perfect for an exciting October read.

One of the reasons I look forward to the Halloween Sweet Reads Box is because I LOVE a good thriller! Especially this time of year. I like to get in the mood for Halloween with a spooky read and themed goodies. This is a book I haven’t heard of but the synopsis sucked me in.

Pumpkin Spice Pancake Mix

Perfectly pumpkin pancakes! This pancake mix will be the star of your October breakfasts/brunches with it’s easy-to-make, light, and fluffy pancakes.

I am a sucker for anything pumpkin spice flavoured. These will be so much fun to make on a rainy Sunday morning, or maybe even the morning of Halloween. I plan on spending the entire day at home with the family – cooking, eating, watching movies and just being cozy:)

Deadly Good Nutty Spuds

Custom made for Sweet Reads, these devilishly good snacks are perfect for munching on during the most suspenseful parts of the story.

We have received these Nutty Spuds before and I LOVED them. This time around we received a different flavour – Vampire’s Blood. I’m not sure exactly what to expect but I am excited to try!

Spooktacular Spoon Rest

Bring Halloween to your kitchen with this fantastic spoon rest. You’ll be tempted to use it all year round.

Oh my goodness! How adorable is this little spoon rest?! My first thought was to use it as a catch all tray but I like the spoon rest idea better.

Deadmonton Coffee

We couldn’t resist including this aptly named coffee in our Halloween box. Small batch-roasted in Alberta, High Horse Coffee is sure to delight your senses and keep you caffeinated for late-night reading.

I’ve heard really great things about this coffee. Hayley from our review team said that it’s her partner’s favorite coffee. This will go perfectly with our pumpkin pancakes!

Turmeric Face Mask

The change in weather has already taken a toll on my skin so I am all for trying a new mask. You simply apply a thin layer, leave on for 20 minutes and wash off.

This shot glass is SO fun! Now only if I drank alcohol. Maybe I can use it for espresso shots??

Limited Edition Halloween Box 2021 – Final Thoughts

And there you have it! The Limited Edition Halloween Sweet Reads Box. I did notice that there was an item missing from my box, the product card mentioned a mini spatula set but I’m not too worried. I know for a fact that Sweet Reads will correct the issue as soon as I reach out to them. Other than that we have a really fun mixture of holiday themed goodies. I love the spoon rest, coffee and pancake mix…..oh and the Nutty Spuds. This is making me want to take the rest of the day off, make a cup of coffee, eat some snacks and read, read, read!
