There are 4 subscription plan options for the Vegancuts Beauty Box – monthly, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Monthly subscriptions cost $27.95, with savings for those opting for any of the longer term subscriptions. Shipping is free for US subscribers, $6.95 for Canadians, and $14.95 for international subscribers. A portion of sales from each box will go towards supporting a chosen animal sanctuary.

Each box contains 4 or more deluxe or full-sized beauty products ranging from unique cosmetics to luxurious skincare, valued at $50 or more. The expert Vegancuts curator vets each beauty brand to ensure that only clean, cruelty free, and conscious brands are included in the box. Beauty products are always vegan, paraben-free, and free of harmful chemicals.

If you are a subscriber to the Vegancuts Snack Box, both subscriptions will ship together with the Beauty Box items packed in a reusable linen bag.

Let’s take a closer look at the March box themed “Refreshing Spring Beauty”.

Kirk’s 3-In-1 Head to Toe Nourishing Cleanser

My bonus item (subscribers may receive a different item) is this Kirk’s cleanser containing nourishing ingredients like coconut oil and aloe vera. It states that it is a head to toe cleanser but I just used it as a body wash. This wash is gentle, sensitive skin friendly, and fragrance free.

Dr. Botanicals Aloe Vera Superfood Eye Contour Cream – $10

“Designed to soothe, cool, and hydrate the delicate eye area, for plump, moisturized and healthy-looking skin. Place a small amount of product on ring finger then gently dab around under-eye area.”

This is a gel eye cream that is supposed to help you soothe and cool the under eye. It has a light pleasant scent, and the peppermint provides the promised cooling effect. I think this would be perfect for the warmer months.

SoF Lemon Verbena Moisturizing Hand & Body Cream – $3

“This hand & body cream reawakens your skin, absorbing quickly for a non-greasy barely-there feel. It’s an instant vacation from dry, lackluster skin. Smooth a generous amount onto hands and body for nourishment.”

A hand cream that is moisturizing, non-greasy, and absorbs fast? Yes, please! I also love the citrusy scent.

Superzero Mini Shampoo Bar – $8

“A protein shampoo that strengthens hair, promotes hair health and provides natural bounce and volume. Wet your hair and your bar. Massage the bar onto your hair and scalp, using gentle circles to summon suds.”

I usually love a good shampoo bar but had to pass on this one. This is going to sound weird, but this shampoo bar had a texture on it that looked like a cluster of dots all over and it just triggers my trypophobia every time I look at it.

Nuria Defend Skin Shielding Essence – $36

“This antioxidant rich essence adds a refreshing burst of hydration – helping minimize the appearance of pores and even out skin tone. A touch of gold helps improve resilience and elasticity. After cleansing, gently apply the essence to face and neck.”

This is a clear gel essence that provides a cooling effect. I am really into ginseng skincare lately, and am so excited to see this! Loving this for daytime use and really enjoy the floral scent.

Final Thoughts

Loved that I got to try out a wide variety of vegan beauty products again this month. I especially enjoyed the Nuria essence and Dr Botanicals eye cream, both products with cooling effect that are perfect for the coming warm weather. I also liked the hand cream and body wash – not terribly exciting but solid products that did what they promised. The shampoo bar was the only thing this time around that didn’t quite work for me, but I supposed I could try using it without looking at it? Haha. Vegancuts delivered yet again with interesting products for head to toe pampering.
