March Box Details

“March Snack Box: Springtime Sweets and Super-Grains! As we celebrate the beginning of a long-awaited spring, your taste-buds are similarly going to celebrate! The March box brings you a burst of flavors – think soft and chewy vegan strawberry licorice from the Australian brand Wiley Wallaby; protein-packed ancient grains from RightRice; and crispy cheddary crackers from Back to Nature. Wait until you try the other new vegan discoveries in this super packed box of 11 items – it’s sure to make the arrival of spring that much sweeter!”

Here’s a look at what’s in the March Vegancuts Snack Box:

Wiley Wallaby Classic Red Licorice

“Aussie-style licorice bursting with natural strawberry flavor.”

Licorice is always a tasty treat! Well, red licorice anyway. I don’t often eat candy, but these would make an extra special treat for movie night or a car trip.

RightRice Medley (Fried Rice, Harvest Pilaf OR Cajun Spice)

“Veggie & protein-packed with ancient grains.”

Out of the two options, I received the Harvest Pilaf version, which is great as that’s the one I would have chosen out of the 3 options. It looks exactly like rice but is made with chickpea, lentils and rice flours for extra nutrition. This would make a great side dish or base for a protein bowl.

Back to Nature Cheddalicious Cheese-Flavored Crackers

“These are literally the vegan cheez-its we’ve been waiting for.”

Who doesn’t like cheesy crackers? I’m sure these are good! I’m curious to see how they compare to the non-vegan version.

Minor Figures Organic Oat M*Ik

“Better for the planet and perfect with coffee or tea!”

I had just spotted this item on social media and thought to myself that I needed to try it so it’s awesome that it showed up in this month’s box! It’s made with minimal ingredients which is what intrigued me in the first place. I can’t wait to try it in my tea!

Bakery on Main White Chip Raspberry Swirl Granola

“Tart and sweet with creamy white chips and real raspberries.”

Well this granola flavor sounds really delicious! Raspberries and white chocolate are the perfect combo so how can this be bad? It would be great on ice cream or yogurt.

RISE Brewing Oat Milk Mocha Nitro Cold Brew Coffee

“Creamy, slightly sweet and refreshingly smooth.”

I don’t drink coffee, but if I did this would be a nice treat. I love that it’s made with oat milk and of course since it’s in a can it would be great for on the go.

Artisana Cashew Cacao Pouches

“Luscious chocolate cashew spread. Pro Tip: drizzle over plant-based ice cream.”

This sounds so tasty and their suggestion of using on ice cream sounds perfect. I’ve tried this brand’s hazelnut spread and it was delicious so i’m sure the one is too.

Raisels Watermelon Sour Shock

“Bite-size golden raisins packed with mouthwatering flavor.”

To be honest at quick first glance I was sure these were sour gummies, but in fact upon closer look they are actually raisins almost disguised as gummies. An intriguing idea for sure. I’m really curious how these taste. I don’t normally like watermelon flavored things, but I’d give these a try.

Hungry Buddha Triple Chocolate Bar

“Keto snack bar that tastes and feels like a brownie.”

I’ve previously tried another flavor of these bars and really liked it so I’m excited to try this one now. I’m sure it’s delicious if it tastes like a brownie. These are great for quick snacking needs.

Sun Tropics Mochi Rice Bites: Sriracha OR Sea Salt

“Traditional Japanese rice cakes transformed into a light & crunchy snack.”

These sound tasty, though I’m not totally sure what to expect with the flavor and texture. Obviously crunchy, but I’m curious as I’ve never tried these before. Out of the two options I got the Sea Salt version which is great, as the other might have been too spicy for my liking.

BONUS: Dang Foods Coconut Crunch Thai Rice Chips

“Coconutty, crunchy delights: eat as is or with a chocolate spread!”

I love bonus items! And this one is great! I’ve tried another of the flavors of these through this box before and I couldn’t stop eating them they were so good so I can’t wait to try this flavor out.

Vegancuts Snack Box Review March 2021 – Final Thoughts

What a fun and fresh box of treats this month! I was surprised as this month’s Vegancuts Snack Box was really packed to the brim and included that extra bonus item making it feel extra value-full (is that a word? Well you know what I mean!). I love snacking and always find this box to be fun. I’m always introduced to new things to eat and new flavors to try. I love that a lot of it veers healthier too, but of course a few fun treats like candy are always appreciated too.
