White Willow Box Review February 2019

White Willow Box is Canada’s leading lifestyle subscription box for women with a stylish flare shipping across Canada and the US. Every two months you will receive four to five products valued at over $80 CAD. They kindly sent us this box for review.

I have been reviewing White Willow Box since October of 2015 and I still look forward to receiving it. I get just as excited (if not more) to see it in my mailbox as I did the very first time I received it. In my opinion, they have the most beautiful packaging and the best customer service in the sub box industry.

Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the February White Willow Box…..

Ceramic Travel Mug by Avenue 9 ($30)

These trendy travel mugs by Avenue 9 are perfect for running errands, your kids activities, days in the office, and trips to the mall. Either way, you’ll be getting your work done in style with your travel mug to get your through the day.

First up we have a gorgeous little travel mug with the cutest saying – “All this and brains too!”. When it comes to items like this, black & gold is one of my favorite color combos. And, I happen to love getting new travel mugs. If it were up to me I would have a different travel mug for every day of the year.

Linen Sacks by Nostalgia ($24)

This set of 2 linen sacks with a diamond pattern is very versatile. Available in two sizes, these linen sacks are wonderfully practical, especially for serving bread, storing small items of clothing, or simply using as storage for concealing clutter around the house.

I’m tempted to say this is my favorite home decor items to date. It’s cute and practical. I love any sort of organizational tool and these linen sacks are the perfect item to keep my toiletries organized. And how cute will they look on the bathroom counter?!

XOXO Body Lotion by Cheri Arome ($19)

A Non-greasy formula of pure oils packed with high levels of nourishing vitamins and omegas to regenerate skin cells.

  • Hemp seed oil is often used as a moisturizer for the skin, and for good reason. Studies have indicated that hemp seed oil can dramatically decrease skin dryness to alleviate itching and irritation.
  • One of the omega-6 fatty acids that hemp oil contains is gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory while simultaneously encouraging skin growth and new cell generation. This can help to protect against the aging process while soothing the irritated skin.
  • Avocado oil is high in vitamin B which can help with skin damage, skin protection, and cell regeneration. It also contains amino acids, lecithin, vitamin A, D and E.

I have received products from Cheri Arome before and have always been happy with them. This time around I get to test out one of their body lotions which is a product I am always happy to receive. It’s a mixture of vanilla, orange and lavender and it smells lovely.

Before Bed Spray by Graydon Skincare ($11.90)

Get ready for bed with this soothing lavender linen spray. Essential oils like pure lavender and sweet orange help to promote a sense of relaxation while antimicrobial ingredients work to dissolve impurities and dirt to freshen sheets. Spritz away on your pillows, sheets, and blankets for a calming, all natural scent. Sweet dreams guaranteed.

I don’t know about you, but I love calming products. You just never know when a stressful day is going to hit, so it’s really nice to have something like this on hand to help you relax before bed.

Handcrafted Chocolate by Chez Christophe ($8.95)

Chez Christophe is your source of Swiss Chocolates, baked goods and special desserts located in Burnaby, BC. Introducing their new line of handcrafted artisanal chocolate bars made with carefully selected ingredients in the Swiss tradition in small batches. A pure blend of simple ingredients.

No February box would be complete without a little chocolate. But I’ve told you that before. This month we received a quality swiss chocolate bar that almost sounds too good to eat. It’s a nice little treat to have on hand. I like to enjoy a square of chocolate every now and then with a glass of red wine or a cup of coffee.

White Willow Box Review February 2019 – Final Thoughts

One thing I have to say about White Willow Box is that it is one of the most consistent boxes I receive. Over the years I can only think of one box I didn’t like. That was near the beginning and since then I have loved every single box. They are consistent in curation, quality and value, and the February box is no exception. We received five items, all of which I will use. Keep it up White Willow Box, I love what you are doing!

XOXO
