Ready to move the fashion industry forward, for the reclamation of people and planet? The Fashion Revolution began five years ago, after the collapse of Rana Plaza Factory in Bangladesh killed more than 1,100 people and injured more than 2,500–mostly young women. Since then, people around the world have united to use their voice and their dollars to urge the fashion industry to clean up its act.
If you ask #whomademyclothes, we will answer. Every piece in your Artisan Box this month is accompanied by the story of the person who made it, offering a small glimpse into their life and their skills. With the efforts of Fair Trade values we hope to urge the fashion industry to create change and impact those who produce their favorite handmade products all over the world.
To celebrate Fashion Revolution month, the pieces in your Artisan Box are beautifully handmade and you’ll be proud to share the stories behind them with you family and friends.
Box Details: Each Artisan Box is filled with at least $70-$150 in value and includes 4-5 handmade items by artists from around the world.
