We believe in the importance of taking time to relax and heal from the stresses which can so easily weigh us down and, if we aren’t careful, cause us future pain and ill health. Stitches in Time is our tiny salute to this wise old saying.
Described as ‘craft therapy in a box’, Stitches in Time is designed around lavender, because we just LOVE the healing properties of this fabulous herb! Our July project features all the materials you need to make this beautiful lavender cross stitch embroidery including aida cloth, embroidery floss and lace trim, and our detailed project guide taking you step by step through the process. Subscribers will also receive access to our guided mindful meditation ‘Awareness’ and, of course, we’ll include that little extra special something to compliment the whole experience!
