Anchor of Hope Box makes doing good and shopping fair trade accessible and fun. Each month, we curate a box of ethically made artisan goods that are beautiful, functional, and most importantly– that help lift disadvantaged families out of poverty. Every month our subscribers are making a tangible impact in the lives of refugees, trafficking survivors, and other disadvantaged artisans. Most months the boxes contain 3 items. Some past items have been: jewelry, tote bags, candles, face masks, dip mix, journals, baskets, wall decor, and more. Our heart is that you will feel more connected your goods and the people who made them, that you will remember that every item you buy has a story and when you subscribe to AOHB you get to be people who tell stories of hope and opportunity.
You can sign up for the month to month option or save big and prepay for 3, 6, or 12 months. Prepaying not only serves you but it makes it possible for us to work with artisans months in advance to begin producing your products in remote corners of the world. On our website we also have immediate ship options where you can buy past month boxes, or surprise children’s boxes and discount boxes!

What you Get:
Each box contains 3 handmade items from local and global artisans. For as low as $30 a box you get $45+ worth of ethically made artisan goods. Whether you keep all the items for yourself or start a gift drawer for upcoming special occasions, we work hard to curate items that are quality, unique, and lovely. We try to balance the boxes well and throughout a 12 month period you may receive: 1-2 pairs of earrings, a candle, 1-2 baskets, room spray, lip balm, an ornament, a soup mix, greeting cards, journals, etc.

When will my box ship?
The deadline to sign up for each months box is the 14th and the box ships around the 15th of the month! For instance, if you sign up on May 19th, your first box will be the June box. If you need a box sooner you can always email us to see if we can still ship you a current box if we have any extra or you can head to our immediate ship section and select a one time box there that will ship out right away.
What’s inside?
We put thought and research into the products you receive. In your monthly box there will be a variety of jewelry, accessories, home goods, ceramics, artwork, exotic spices, and more. Each month your box will contain 3 quality, handmade items as well as an information card about the products and the artisans that made them.
Why do I only get 3 items?
We want to pay our artisans well and fairly. And we don’t want you to have a box of small trinkets each month. So we hire artisans to create quality products each month from which they can gain significant income. It’s a win for everyone.
