I thought the prices are $49.99 quarterly but reading again it states their going to be $59.99 a quarter. The very first box I received a couple of years ago was nice. After reading about customers being so disappointed and the prices have gone up it’s sad I want be able to get back in. I wanted to start again and wanted the winter box . It had everything available and went in to become a customer again and they didn’t have anything left. So I called and to talked to customer service to see why it’s telling me it’s available but when I go in to put my credit card information, we’ll I decided to call and I was told they only had cups left to go in the winter box. I didn’t do it because I wanted something good and serum, bedshoes, the blanket and they just didn’t have anything. I didn’t know what to say what to put in there so I would be getting some nice things. Anyway the representative was going to talk to someone higher up to help me and return the call the next day. I never received the call. I don’t want just cups and odd things. I want good products and I want to feel excited about what we all get each quarter like I was when I first started. Please I love this company and hope the best for you but appreciate your customers. Looks like so many are unhappy because the products are not quality. I don’t know a lot about these products and I need this company to help me when their out of everything good. I need to become more knowledgeable to be able to know what to pick a good item to replace what has run out. So I need them looking out for me too.
Hi Pam, I’m sorry nothing good was left. I Will say winter 2022 was my first box and I loved it but I ordered it beginning or middle of November and there was still a lot left of the things advertised. I do think they should still have good quality items at the end of season that people will be excited to get but my point is if you want to get back into fabfitfun, order your box at beginning of season for best options.
