Crunchy Mama Box is much more than a subscription box company; they create a community of Mamas that are on a mission to spread love, support, and encouragement. They support women-owned, small, and eco-friendly businesses that make clean, healthy products and that are motivated by a cause.
Each month you’ll receive a carefully curated box that contains 5-8 FULL SIZE products including home items like reusable snack bags or beeswax wraps, self-care items like candles or body care, along with snack items, a beautiful stone with meditation instructions, information regarding the companies behind the products, and more.
They are also passionate about giving back and they donate a portion of each box to a different Cause Partner each month that is working to make this world a better place.

Crunchy Mama Box is $29.99 per month with free shipping. New boxes are shipped on the 3rd of each month and will arrive to subscribers within 2-5 business days after shipping.
March Box Details
The March Crunchy Mama Box theme is “Harmony” and it’s contents are to inspire internal harmony for the subscriber. The quote of the month is “He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the universe.” I think that’s a wonderful theme and quote for March as spring brings everything back to life and we’re reminded of the nature we live in harmony with everyday. Time in nature always brings me feelings of centeredness and the contents of this month’s box will assist with that too!
Here’s a look at what’s in this month’s Crunchy Mama Box:
Box Insert
This is such an informational box insert and has a nice layout like a tiny newspaper. On the front it boldly lists this month’s theme along with an inspiring quote and the company’s mission. It also provides information on the Cause Partner that they are donating to this month which happens to be Isaiah 117 House for March. Isaiah House 117 provides a safe and loving home for children awaiting foster care placement. Inside the insert are detailed descriptions of each item including icons for those that are vegan or Leaping Bunny certified. The back page includes information on the stone of the month, how to work with it and a meditation and mantra that align with it’s healing powers.

I love everything I try from Lotus Wei and this aura mist is no exception! The thoughtfulness that goes into each of their products is incredible. And they always smell so wonderful too. This one smells like a sweet and earthy rose with a hint of citrus. It’s calming and soothing to me. I think that it’s ability to relax the mind is what paves the way for it’s ability to encourage giving yourself love and kindness. Both of those things are surely needed to maintain internal harmony. I’ll be keeping this one near me for a mist of uplift and centering when I need the reminder. I also wanted to note that the extra e-book download is a great bonus. It will be fun to research more into how to use their flower elixirs for my baby too!
HBC Organics Winds of Change Soap Bar

Handcrafted soap is the best! I love to collect and try new bars so this is a fun item to find. This one smells so delightful and clean. I’d describe the aroma as fresh air, ocean and evergreen with a hint of sweet spice. It’s made with organic olive oil, organic coconut oil, shea butter and avocado oil, coconut milk and ethically sourced raw honey. It sounds very nourishing and soothing for skin so I can’t wait to give this one a try.
Sage Stick

Sage really does smell amazing! It’s a very grounding aroma and I love what it does for the atmosphere as well as your spirit. For the home, this is a great time of year to use sage to help purify the air in a cooped up house. It also makes a good addition to a yoga or meditation session to clear the air and your mind before practicing. This is definitely a useful tool to have on hand at all times.

This beverage mix sounds intriguing. It’s a flavored powder that you mix with water to create an electrolyte drink. It’s flavored with natural flavoring and is said to taste just like the fruit. There’s zero sugar as it’s sweetened with stevia and the electrolytes come natural sources such as sea water and sea salt. One packet is raspberry and one is watermelon, both sound refreshing and tasty. These would be great for on the go and travel. They are super easy to just pop in your gym bag to replenish electrolytes after a workout.
Eco Lips Hemp Lip Balm

This lip balm smells so good! It has a vanilla mint scent and is cool and sweet. The mint not only smells nice, but gives your lips a slight tingle when applied. It’s soothing and refreshing. This balm is made with cannabis satvia seed oil which comes from the hemp plant and is said to deliver essential fatty acids and amino acids to your skin which helps leave them smooth and supple. I love that it’s made with organic ingredients and that Eco Lips is a Certified B Corp, meaning that they have the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance to balance profit and purpose for a more sustainable economy.
Nail Files

You can never have enough nail files so this item is great. I never have one right where I need one when a nail snags or breaks so now I can put one in each bag and room I have. I spend a decent amount of time filing my nails but had never considered them to be an overall indicator of my health so that’s a fun to gain some more knowledge from the box insert this month. Nail filing can often be done mindlessly, but I like the reminder to try and make it a mindful experience. I guess the only downside with this product is that it’s not eco-friendly or sustainably made, but they should last for multiple uses and at least aren’t a one time use product.

This is such a unique product! I mean, a foot scrubber isn’t so unique, but I’ve never seen one like this. It’s made with terra-cotta and has a very rustic and handmade feel about it. I love the simple design and the handle on the back for a good grip. It sounds like basically a forever product so I should never need another foot scrubber again, which is great. With sandal season coming up, I’m sure I’ll be getting a lot of use out of this one. Although, as the insert mentions, for full body benefits this scrubber should be used year round to improve circulation and bring relaxation at any time.

These sound really tasty and like they have an interesting flavor combination. I always think of banana chips as being pretty sweet so the fact that they’re flavored with garlic and parmesan and said to taste like a potato chip has got me really intrigued. They have a simple and all natural ingredient list and they are gluten free, paleo, vegan and basically no guilt. I can’t wait to dig into these.
Stone of the Month: Amazonite

Such a pretty stone for this month’s stone of the month. The healing properties of this one being helpful with truth seeking and communication really align with helping to find harmony internally and externally. I love that they send a stone each month and I really love that it comes with a Mom mantra too. The combination of the healing properties of the stone, the complementary meditation and the mantra create a great little self care ritual to look forward to with each changing month.
Crunchy Mama Box Review March 2020 – Final Thoughts
Such a great selection of items in this month’s Crunchy Mama Box! And such a full box too! When I opened it I felt like I just kept uncovering more treasures. I like when there are a handful of items that cross different categories of products in a subscription box and this one seems to do that each time. I also appreciate how each month has a theme and that all the items can tie back to that theme in some way. Harmony is such a wonderful theme and really gets me thinking about if there is enough harmony in my world or if I can work to create more of it. I’ll certainly be using all these tools to take care of myself this month and work toward that more balanced state.
