Spring is finally here and I am SO excited to start wearing warm weather clothes. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Winter clothes, but I am in need of a change and that is exactly what my April Frock Box brought with it…..a change in style and some really fun pieces perfect for Spring!

“Hi Sarah! Try pairing the denim skirt with either top and the sneakers for a Spring look. We sized up in the sweater as it’s fairly fitted and we know you love an oversized sweater or cardigan. We also sized down in the skirt as it should fit well to hug your curves. We love either top paired with the previous months denim as well as the shoes. Lastly, this dress is that perfect pop of animal print (it has pockets) and you can wear it with Birks. Let us know how these work for you.”

High Top Sneakers ($119.99): Ok…..how fun are these sneakers?! They are unlike anything I own, they are a little out of my comfort zone, but they are so darn cute!!! I ended up liking them even more once I put them on. They are a tad small so I might see if I can get half a size up, but other than that these are keepers.

Leopard Maxi Dress ($44.99): I love, love, love this maxi dress! And how great does it look with the sneakers?! This is actually what made me like the sneakers more. They look so cute with this dress, and the dress itself is wonderful because it has pockets, it’s super soft and SO comfortable.

Striped Sweater ($79.99): For some reason this sweater is giving me high school vibes, but I am here for it! I love the colors for spring and my stylist was kind enough to size me up so it actually fits me perfectly.

T-Shirt ($59.99): I am in love with the color of this top but I’m not totally sold on the style. The arm openings are very big so I would definitely have to wear a sports bra or cute little lace bralette with it, something that I don’t mind people seeing. If I do end up keeping it I might wear it as a workout top.

Denim Skirt ($69.99): And lastly, this super cute denim skirt. It’s the perfect length for being a “mom” and the style is on trend. It’s a little tight in the waist though, it might take some getting used to.

Cost Breakdown

I always like to do a cost breakdown for you, just to show you what an amazing deal you get if you keep everything as opposed to only keeping 4 items. I might have to send the sneakers back since they are a little too small, so let’s see how that changes the cost…..

This month my total ends up being a bit more if I keep all of the items but that’s only because the sneakers are the most expensive item in the box for April. But as you can see, if I do end up keeping them I am really only paying $26.26 for them as opposed to $119.99 which is pretty darn awesome.

Frock Box Review & TRY-ON April 2022

My April Frock Box got me so excited for Spring, even though there are a few items that I’m not totally sold on. I LOVE the colors, the patterns and the styles they chose for me this month. There are a couple sizing issues but nothing too major. My favourite items are the maxi dress and the sneakers because they look so darn cute together. We are actually going on our first road trip in 2 years this coming weekend and the maxi/sneaker combo is definitely coming with me!
