Here’s a closer look at the items I received this month….

October Theme – Spooky Tales

Included in every SoKawaii box is a detailed card describing the monthly theme and each item that’s been hand selected.

PomPomPurin Halloween Plushies

Subscribers will receive 1 of 3 PomPomPurin Halloween Plushie designs this month. This cute little dog comes dressed in a variety of Halloween costumes, and I received one dressed up as a cat! How cute!

Sanrio Halloween Socks

One can never have too many socks, especially ones with cute prints on them! There are 5 possible Sanrio designs available and luckily, I received one with a matching PomPomPurin print! It’s safe to say that these are now my favorite pair of socks in my drawer.

Re-Ment Pokemon Forest #2

The figurine item this month is a piece from the Re-Ment Pokemon Forest #2 collection. This series includes 8 different parts, but subscribers will receive only 1 part at random. I received the adorable Eevee part which comes with a tree trunk and a hanging basket for Eevee to relax in!

Sailor Moon Melamine Cup

Wow! My childhood was spent running home from school to catch the latest episode of Sailor Moon, so this melamine cup brings back a ton of memories! I received the Sailor Jupiter design which comes in a pretty green hue (her color). This is a really sturdy cup and is great for drinks or storing pens and pencils.

Kuromi Beauty Face Mask

I wasn’t expecting a beauty item in this box, but I’m happy to see such a wide variety of kawaii items! This mask is Kuromi shaped and is super fun to wear. Plus, it provides the skin with ample amounts of moisture!

Kirby Gel Pen

The stationary item this month is the Kirby Gel Pen which comes with a cute Kirby figure on the pocket clip. Not only is the pen a pretty pink, but so is the ink!

Jiji Gift Box Towel Set

The Jiji Gift Box Towel Set comes in an adorable house-shaped gift box tied with a red ribbon. Inside the box is a single towel with a beautiful floral and heart design. The towel itself is very high quality and plush! It would make as a great hand towel or even a face towel.

SoKawaii October 2019 Review – Final Thoughts

This is my first month reviewing the SoKawaii box, and I am very impressed! All of the items this month were very high-quality and the curation around the Halloween theme was excellent. I really enjoyed the wide range of items including household items, wearables (cute socks), beauty items, plushies, and more! My favorite items this month is the Jiji Gift Box Towel Set, the PomPomPurin Plushie, and the Sanrio Halloween Socks. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for next month!
