If I’m being totally honest, I look forward to this box of amazingness every month!  Whenever I see the bright pink box on my doorstep I know it’s about to be a great day!  As an entrepreneur, it’s nice to receive a box like this because it’s mixed with products and tools that actually help me to run my business, and sometimes products that just make business a lot more fun and enjoyable. But beyond the items in the box, I also love their monthly training and the community of other like-minded, female entrepreneurs that they’ve cultivated.

Let’s have a look inside the May 2024 Sparkle Hustle Grow box…

This month’s theme is “Empathetic Leadership.”  I love this unique theme choice – we hear a lot about leadership in business, but it’s not often we hear about empathetic leadership, so I’m excited to learn more about this topic. Each Sparkle Hustle Grow box is curated around the theme, starting with the workbook.

The Workbook: this booklet is like your membership guide.  It includes all the details you’ll need to make the most of your subscription each month.  In the front, you’ll meet the owner, Carol, who shares a brief intro to the theme and welcomes new subscribers.  The workbook also includes a “Take Action Checklist” which is a literal checklist walking you through the things you don’t want to miss in the membership this month, such as additional supportive resources, accessing the online training, and joining the private group if you’re not already there.  I’m a checklist girl and I love this extra dose of accountability!

Online Training: Each box comes with an exclusive online training based on the theme. This month’s training is “Attract and Engage Your Ideal Customers: A 3 Step Empathetic Brand Strategy for Entrepreneurs” by Maria Ross who is an Empathy Coach, Speaker, Author, and Brand Strategist.  Explore the business case for empathy and learn actionable strategies to craft an empathetic brand that connects and engages your ideal customers. I really love that they include a training each month, it’s such a convenient way to learn and grow as a business owner and leader.

The Empathy Edge: Every month Sparkle Hustle Grow includes a new book in the box.  This month, the book they’re featuring is written by the guest expert of the month, Maria Ross. It’s a playbook for brands, leaders, and teams to harness the value of compassion as an engine for success.

I’m a huge observer of details and I love that they always include a reading guide as part of their custom monthly bookmark. It breaks down your reading by chapter so that you can easily stay accountable for finishing the book each month. I think that’s huge!  We’re often so busy, but when it’s broken down like this, it makes it easier to see that we really can finish the book each month before the next one arrives.

Shower Affirmations: These are a lot of fun, I actually have a set from a previous box and I love them! It’s a great way to include an affirmation practice in the often only quiet space of the day (the shower!).  they grip to wet surfaces so you can leave them for your partner or kids to see, or just for yourself.  If you don’t want to hang them in your shower, you can also hang them on a mirror or window.

On the Go Adapters: Ok THIS is genius!  How many times have you found yourself needing an adapter from USB to USB-C or vice versa?!  A million times! I love these incredibly useful adapters and I know that they’re going to save me one day! If all the tech makers would just decide once and for all what kind of charger they’re going to use that would be great. Until then, we’re good with these babies!

Glue Tape Duo: Loooove this! These are double-sided roll-on glue tape dispensers that you can use in your planner, notebook, calendar – or if you’re being really generous, you can let your kid borrow for their next project.  I love that this is a two pack because heaven knows when I find a favorite thing, someone inevitably swipes it…but now I’ve got back up! 

Double Ended Highlighters: My planner heart just skipped a beat! Send me allllll the highlighters, markers, and pens. These pastel highliters are so beautiful! I love the colors, I love that they have both a bold and chisel tip for extra versatility. I’m obsessed!

Sparkle Hustle Grow Review May 2024 – Final Thoughts

Sparkle Hustle Grow absolutely nailed this box. I will use every single product included without a doubt, and the topic of the training this month is a great angle for becoming a well rounded leader.  I honestly feel like the value of this box is exceptional. Between the training, the book, the added resources in the workbook, the products, and the community – you can’t really put a value on the impact that these things can have on your business.

I love Sparkle Hustle Grow for any woman who’s starting, growing, or scaling her own business and who doesn’t want to have to do it alone.  There’s something for everyone in this monthly box and the community ties it all together.  ​
