Is there a contract?
No way! You can subscribe month-to-month (cancel anytime) or you can save 10% if you pre-pay for 3 months at a time. AND if you pre-pay on an annual plan, you’ll get ONE MONTH FREE! Yay! If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals are posted to your credit card on the 15th of each month. You will get a reminder email in advance in case you need to make a last minute change to your address, billing information or skip a month. We are entrepreneurs too and know that finances can be a roller coaster sometimes. So, don’t sweat it if you need to skip a month or cancel! We’ll welcome you back when you are able to rejoin.
When will my package arrive?
All monthly surprise boxes ship at the same time to our members – on the first few days of the month.
What is the cancellation policy?
Hey girl, we know this isn’t for everyone. And that’s okay! If you are not completely satisfied with Sparkle Hustle Grow, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. To read about cutoff dates and such, click HERE to view our full cancellation policy. Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. Sparkle Hustle Grow is a surprise box, so that’s a risk you are agreeing to when you join. While we don’t reveal the contents in advance, we do announce the theme and give you a SNEAK PEEK. If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.
