December Box Details

“The December Beauty Box highlights Leaping Bunny approved brands. New Subscribers in December will receive a choice from 2 FULL-SIZE bonus gifts ($21 value!). December’s box will feature five stellar items co-curated with the team at Leaping Bunny. All of the brands included are certified by Leaping Bunny, which means there is no possibility that there was animal testing at any point in the production process.”

Here’s a look at what’s in the December Vegancuts Beauty Box:

Suki Skincare’s Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser

This exfoliating cleanser is made with ingredients like sugar and colloidal oats. It purifies pores, promotes smooth skin tone, softens complexion, reduces dry skin and blemishes and stimulates cellular renewal. It smells really nice like lemongrass or a soft citrus. It would be a great morning perk up and would likely prep the skin well for product application. I’m always on the hunt for a non-abrasive exfoliator. I can’t wait to try this one out!

Osea Sea Minerals Mist

I have always wanted to try products from Osea. They’ve been on my list for awhile now, but I just haven’t gotten to it yet so I’m super excited to find this product in this month’s selection. Not only is this one vegan, but all the ingredients are clean and safe for skin too. Many of them are even organic. Wild seaweed, aloe, Dead Sea salt and mineral peptides restore skin’s mineral balance. It’s a nourishing elixir that hydrates and preps skin for product absorption. It’s said to reduce redness and the appearance of pores. I always tone after cleansing and I really like the ingredients so I’ll be using this one up for sure.

Acure Brightening Under Eye Supergreens Hydrogels

This is a single use under eye soother set. They are little gel patches you apply to your under eye area to brighten and depuff. They are said to be cooling which feels so good and soothing to tired eyes. They are made with caffeine (to brighten) and kale (to nourish). These would be the perfect pairing with a face mask for some self-care time.

Wildland Organics Bare Ritual Oil

I recently discovered Wildland Organics in a different subscription box and I just love all their products so I’m excited to get to try another one out! This oil is an awesome multitasker and has many uses. It can be used as a face oil, a hair oil, a hand moisturizer or a deep scalp treatment. It’s primary use is as a face oil and it’s formulated to reduce lines and redness while providing hydration. It’s made with a nourishing blend of jojoba, olive, argan, baobab, camellia, olive, vitamin e, cranberry, red raspberry and hempseed oils. All ingredients are organic and a handful are even wildcrafted or fairtrade. It has no scent really, only a hint of earthiness from the natural aroma of the oils. It applies well and absorbs nicely leaving no greasy feeling. During the dry months I need extra hydration and care for my skin so I look forward to trying this one out.

Saavy Naturals Lavender Chamomile Handcrafted Soap

This cute little soap smells so nice! It’s a really soft and soothing scent. These soaps are made with only the purest essential oils, plant extracts, and 100% natural coloring. I have no idea how they make this color purple from natural coloring but it’s awesome! It looks like some of the color comes from eggplant- how cool?! The ingredient list includes 100% virgin coconut oil, organic jojoba oil, kosher vegetable glycerin, sweet almond oil, aloe vera and sustainably sourced vitamin E so it sounds ultra-moistuizing too. It says this can be used as a shampoo bar as well, but I think my hair is too long to test that out. This little tester size makes it perfect for travel too. I love handcrafted soaps so I can’t wait to use this one.

Bonus: Emani Hydrating Lip Color in Xanadu

This fun bonus item is one of two full-size options that a new subscriber could choose from as an extra perk for signing up. I didn’t choose an item, but got surprised with this lipstick. And it was a great surpirse! I really like the color of this one – it’s actually a fun duo-tone color! One side is a bit of a warm coral/pink-y color and the other side is a darker, deeper coral color. They could either be applied separately or mixed together to make a perfect neutral. It’s infused with natural plant ingredients to soothe and nourish lips. It applies smoothly and is not glossy, yet feels hydrating.

Vegancuts Beauty Box Review December 2019 – Final Thoughts

I didn’t get a product description card with this month’s Vegancuts Beauty Box so I don’t have the extra product info or pricing to share this time. None-the-less, this month’s box is so great! I love that all the items are Leaping Bunny Certified. This certification means that there is zero animal testing at any stage of product development, from ingredients to formulations to finished products. Certified companies are required to certify annually and independent audits are done on a regular basis to. I don’t believe anything should be tested on animals so I appreciate this extra certification on items. This is only my second time receiving Vegancuts Beauty Box, but I can definitely say it’s my favorite so far! I love everything that was included, I can’t pick a favorite. It’s like a nice little present to get before Christmas!
