June Box Details ($75.75 total value)

“This Beauty Box theme is Light & Bright. I chose 5 lightweight products that feel amazing on your skin when summer hits, and give you a natural glow. One is a raw juice mask from ESW Beauty, and another is a mineral sport sunscreen from All Good. The mask is like food for your skin, and the sunscreen feels so good you would mistake it for a lotion. I know you’re going to love this specially curated box.”

Here’s a look at what’s in the June Vegancuts Beauty Box:

All Good SPF 30 Mineral Sport Sunscreen ($6)

“This texture is everything. It’s a sunscreen that doesn’t feel like a sunscreen, rather a lightweight lotion. Minimal smell and it isn’t sticky at all.”

I’ve been wanting to try out this sunscreen brand but just hadn’t purchased yet so I’m so glad to find a trial size in this month’s beauty box! I’ve read such good things about it so I’m excited to try it out now. It really is lighter weight than most other clean sunscreens I’ve tried out and it rubs in really well and relatively quickly. I see minimal, if any, white cast which is always a concern for me since that gets so messy. This doesn’t appear to have any scent that I can detect which is great and it’s not at all greasy. This seems like a winner to me – now just to test it out in the sun.

Dirty Lamb Ultra Day Serum ($44)

“The perfect lightweight hydrator for daytime. This oil quickly absorbs into your skin leaving a luminous glow.”

I’ve received this brand’s night serum in a different beauty box so it’s really fun to find it’s companion day serum in this month’s box! Now I have the perfect pairing to try out together. It’s made with just a few simple ingredients including: rice bran oil, hemp seed oil, neem oil, sunflower seed oil, sage oil and lemon oil. They say that rice bran oil is an anti-aging secret ingredient from Japan that keeps skin hydrated throughout the day. I’ve never tried it in skincare so I’m intrigued about it’s performance. This serum smells like a nice herbal citrus blend that would be a great wake-up aroma. I look forward to testing this out!

ESW Beauty The Pink Dream Moisturizing Raw Juice Mask ($5)

“Can we just talk about this packaging? Fun fact Watermelon is just as hydrating on the skin as it is when you eat it.”

This sounds like a refreshing drink for the skin! I mean the ingredients really sound like they’d make a refreshing beverage too, but this product is actually a moisturizing sheet mask for the face. Nothing says summer like watermelon so this is perfect for the season. I generally avoid sheet masks since they are a bit wasteful, but I’m curious about this one. It does happen to have a few ingredients that I usually avoid so I’ll need to look further into this one before giving it a go. Still a really fun concept though!

Dr. Botanicals Lemon Superfood all-in-one Rescue Butter ($17)

“A light, fresh, and summery body moisturizer. Tip Can also be used as a treatment for sunburn thanks to sea buckthorn fruit oil.”

I love lemon everything so this body butter is right up my alley! It smells SO good! Bright, crisp and uplifting with that tart, but sweet lemon aroma. It’s a thicker cream consistency that rubs into skin nicely. This would be a great morning lotion after a shower to lock in moisture and wake up the senses.

LeeAnni Eco 3 in 1 Revolution Light Toner, Serum, & Moisturizer in One ($3.75)

“Cool fact This is basically an 11 in 1 product. Some creative ways to use it are as a makeup remover, a lip scrub, and a hair serum.”

This product is an interesting concept being a toner, serum and moisturizer all in one. It’s a lightweight lotion that claims to be the only step you need after cleansing. I like that it’s made with simple and natural ingredients and that it’s unscented too. The reviews look promising and it does feel nice and light on the patch test I did so I look forward to actually testing it out on my face.

Vegancuts Beauty Box Review June 2020 – Final Thoughts

The feel when I look at the contents of this month’s Vegancuts Beauty Box is so summery! It looks like full-on beach colors – my fave! I really love that the thought when curating these items all together was breezy, lightweight skin and body care perfect for these wonderfully humid warmer temps. Summer skincare is all about less is more and the whole collection really fits that description. I’m really looking forward to testing out the sunscreen since I’ve eyed it before, but am curious about a few other items too. As usual, Vegancuts Beauty Box is full of fun surprises that make for the perfect match for the current season.
