July Box Details

“This Snack Box theme is Crunchy Munchies: Sweet & Salty Snacks for Summer Satisfaction! This box supports Doug & Sue and friends at Famous Fido Rescue in Chicago, IL.”

Here’s a look at what’s in the July Vegancuts Snack Box:

House of Macadamia Salted Caramel Macadamia Bar

“Salty-Sweet. Tastes like a candy bar!”

Macadamia nuts are so delicious so this has got to be tasty! Maybe almost like a treat rather than a nutrition bar. It’s surprisingly low sugar (only 1g) and has 8g of protein. This would be a great on the go dessert or after dinner treat.

Dang Foods Thai Rice Sriracha Spice Chips

“Crunchy and delicious with a slight kick”

These sound really tangy and delicious. They sound like they’ll have a light and crispy crunch which is always satisfying for a snack. They are flavored with sriracha so they’ll likely be a bit spicy but it says there’s not too much heat – sounds perfect.

Farmhouse Culture Dill Pickle Kraut Krisps

“Unique and flavorful – we can’t believe these are made from cabbage!”

I love pickles and sour kraut so these sound really interesting! They are made with all organic ingredients like corn and sour kraut (aka cabbage) and lots of good pickle flavor. These feel like a great summertime snack item and sound like they’d pair well with a cool creamy dip.

Bubba’s Fine Foods Sea Salt Kettle Cooked Nana Chips

“Like a delightful potato chip with all the banana benefits”

These are an interesting snack item – bananas kettled cooked for crispness with a touch of salt added. I love sweet and salty things so I’m sure these are delicious.

Tea Pigs Cucumber Apple Cold Brew

“A cooling and refreshing blend to pep up your water”

This sounds so refreshing and like the perfect summer beverage. And how interesting that they are made to brew in cold water! Not only does that sound so tasty, but that’s super quick and convenient way to get iced tea. Not to mention, this would be great for on the go when you can’t warm up water while you’re away from home.

LesserEvil Himalayan Pink Salt Popcorn

“Shockingly buttery and light – perfect for a quick snack”

I love this popcorn – it’s so delicious! I’m glad to find a tried and true favorite in this box. I mean, I like trying new things especially, but I like familiar favorites too. It’s light and crunchy and has the perfect amount of light salty butter flavor.

Tri3Bar Cocoa Crunch and Tropical Tri Energy Bar

“Tasty, chewy and packed with all 9 amino acids!”

Chocolate peanut butter is one of my favorite flavor combos so I’m sure this is really tasty. It feels like it would be chewy and dense so probably pretty filling too. It does have 13g of protein in it which is great for a bar this size. I’ve been looking for ways to increase protein so I can’t wait to try this one out.

RW Garcia Organic 3-Seed Sweet Potato Crackers

“Dippable and good-by-themselves, perfectly roasted and crunchy!”

These sound really yummy! Sweet potatoes are always good and I love it when they are paired with a hint of salt – it’s such a good balance. I really like that there are seeds added to these for extra nutritional value. These chips would be perfect for dipping.

Craize Plantain Toasted Corn Crackers

“Light cracker perfect for soft vegan cheeses, guac or hummus”

These look really interesting! And not just because the packaging/branding is great – but because it’s a product type that I’ve never heard of before. They are a larger crisp (maybe 3-4” in diameter) made of toasted corn and plantains that you can add toppings to, add spreads to, or even make a little cracker sandwich out of. Sounds delicious!

Top Seedz Maple Magic Roasted Seeds

“Sweet little clusters of happiness – can’t get enough”

Yum! I’m sure these are great! I love the simple ingredient list of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, maple syrup and olive oil. A healthy and lightly sweet treat with no sugar or funky ingredients. These would be great by themselves, but would also make a great topper for yogurt or a salad.

Bela Herb-Infused Turmeric & Holy Basil Wellness Drink

“Super citrusy and perfectly hydrating”

This sounds so refreshing! And beneficial too since it’s made with calming and anti-inflammatory herbs. I love that it’s a caffeine free beverage too since often beverages included in this box have caffeine and I don’t drink that. This makes for a great summertime beverage, especially in the morning as it supports energy so it can help get your day going on the right foot.

PlantFusion Red Velvet Cake Complete Protein

“It’s as close to liquid cake as you’ll ever get – in a good way!”

I really love red velvet cake so I’m intrigued about the flavor of this one. I’m always weary of any healthy products claiming such delicious flavors, but I’m still intrigued to try this none-the-less. It’s an easy way to get in protein too so I look forward to testing out the flavor.

Vegancuts Snack Box Review July 2020 – Final Thoughts

This was another great Vegancuts Snack Box with a great mix goods. From sweet and salty to snack-y or light meals everything’s covered, plus there’s a good selection of beverages among the foods too. Everything is light and refreshing like they mentioned, which makes the whole collection great for summer snacking on these long hot days. As usual, I love how there is always several new brands/products to discover and try out. It makes it exciting to dig into each month’s new delivery. I can’t wait to see what fun items show up next month! But I’ll be over here enjoying all of these delicious treats in the meantime.
