I love the colors and use of this necklace and the tassel is amazing! The red and pink are so beautiful together and are so festive for the season. The best part though, is it’s not just a typical mala necklace as it has a special aromatherapy bead tucked in a little locket-like bead. You can open up the locket, pop the bead out and add your favorite essential oil directly to the bead for on-the-go sensory enhancement. It would also be useful during a quiet mediation practice but I like the idea of wearing it at any time you need your senses calmed or enlightened.

The simplicity of this bracelet is so perfect! I think the hammered look of the gold bar along with the tiny red crystal is elegant but understated. It could easily be worn to dress up an outfit or for everyday wear. The red crystal is extra festive feeling for the holiday season too! And if your birthday is in January the red siam crystal represents your birthstone. It’s a little large for my wrist, but not too bad, and is adjustable to be larger too.

This hot chocolate flavor so intrigues me! Its dark chocolate and is infused with turmeric which is anti-inflammatory and is a great anti-oxidant and is a warming spice. It’s made from raw and organic fair trade Peruvian cacao. It’s vegan, all plant-based and sweetened with coconut palm sugar. I think this would be a great addition to a nighttime wind-down routine. It can be simply made by adding water or for an extra creamy version you can use milk or even coconut milk to keep it vegan.
