Each month, you’ll receive a premium delivery of delicious, premium, and natural loose leaf teas and discover the up-and-coming tea makers and hidden gems of the tea world. Every month is fully customizable! You can choose from the new teas we bring in each month or from our vast inventory of black, green, rooibos and herbal teas. We offer many organic selections and never any sugar or artificial flavours. Subscribe to the Amoda Monthly Box if you’re looking for unique teas and fun flavoured teas that you may not find on your own. What you Get:
Each month, Amoda Tea subscribers will receive 4 premium teas (16 to 18 cups) along with biodegradable tea filters, a guide on tasting notes and steeping, as well as a collectible tea postcard and a 20% site-wide coupon to the Amoda online store. Every box is fully customizable! Choose from the new teas we get in each month or swap for a tea from our vast inventory of black, green, rooibos and herbal teas.

When will my Monthly Box ship?
If you subscribe or claim your gift between the 1st and 20th of the month, your first box will ship out within 2-3 business days. If the current month’s box sells out, the shipping date will be updated on the Monthly Box Page.
If you subscribe between the 21st and the end of the month, your first box will ship out between the 2nd – 4th of the following month.
Subsequent Monthly Boxes in your subscription ship out between the 2nd and 4th of the month.
How does the gifting process work?
Gifting a Monthly Tea Box can be done quickly and easily. Choose the length of gift from the Monthly Box Page – 3, 6 or 12 month gift plans are available. When you go through the checkout process, enter the recipient’s email address and the date of when you’d like them to be notified of the gift. (note: this date is when the email is sent to them to claim their gift. It is not the date the box will be shipped out). We email the recipient on the date you specified, they click through the email to claim their gift and enter their own shipping details.
If they claim their gift on or before the 20th of the month, they’ll receive the current month’s box right away (unless it sells out). If they claim their gift after the 20th, they’ll receive the following month’s box, which ships out between the 2nd and 4th of the month.
When do I get charged?
For monthly subscriptions, you are charged right away for your first box and then on the 1st of each month after that. For 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions, you will prepay for the entire length of the subscription. For example, 3 months subscriptions will be charged $60 at the time of purchase, for all three months. 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions do not auto-renew. Shipping is always free on all subscriptions!
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! Monthly subscriptions can be paused through your online portal. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for one or email us to pause it for you.
How can I cancel?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled through your online portal or by email. Monthly box subscriptions are charged every 1st of the month. Cancellations done after the 1st of the month cannot be refunded.
Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled.
I don’t like a tea. Can I get a replacement?
If you didn’t like one of the teas you were sent, we’ll be happy to replace it in your next month’s box! Just send us an email and we’ll get that sorted out for you.
Can I customize my box?
We are working on customization options! For now, we may be able to accommodate certain allergies or customizations. Please send us an email and let us know what you’re looking for. Info@amodatea.com
