- Any unused promotional Member Credits expire after 12 months. (Don’t worry, we’ll remind you!)

CANCEL
You may cancel your Fabletics VIP Membership at any time. There is no cancellation fee. Please contact Fabletics Member Services at 1-844-833-6220, Everyday 9AM to 9PM EST, to cancel your VIP Membership. If you would like to continue receiving selections, simply skip the month by clicking “Skip the Month” in your Looks between the 1st and the 5th to avoid being charged.
SHIPPING
All orders of $49.95 or more are shipped free of charge to destinations within the contiguous United States. A $9.00 shipping charge applies to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses, while a $4.95 shipping charge will apply to all orders shipped to Canada. All orders under $49.95 will be charged a $4.95 shipping fee. Standard shipping takes 7 – 10 business days for delivery while APO addresses may take up to 30. Guaranteed Express shipping is offered only within the contiguous United States and is available for $8.95 per order. Express shipping takes 2 – 3 business days for delivery.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns up to 30 days from date of shipment on items that are in new, unused condition and have all of the original tags attached. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale and therefore may not be eligible for exchanges or returns. (Please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer.)
Fabletics offers three return options free of charge: (1) return for store credit; (2) exchange for another Outfit or item; or (3) return for a refund less a $5.95 restocking fee. Return shipping and handling for noncontiguous U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses is $9.00.
