We offer two different box types – Essential which has a total retail value of $70 or more, and VIP which has a total retail value of $90 or more. Our Single Essential or VIP Box is available for purchase in our online shop!

What you Get:

Love Goodly is a bi-monthly subscription box delivering vegan, nontoxic, and cruelty free beauty, skincare, and lifestyle products to your doorstep every other month.

The box primarily focuses on a mix of beauty and skincare products, but some boxes may contain a lifestyle mix of items such as a healthy snack or sweet treat, eco style accessories, jewelry, wellness items, etc. There is also a chance a box will focus on more skincare versus beauty and vice versa, or even shine the spotlight on a product variety from one amazing vegan, nontoxic, and cruelty free brand.

Every box will have mostly full-sized items with the possibility of a deluxe sample and/or travel size item. Any other sample size products are a special bonus for you.

For the time being, we have paused shipping our subscription boxes and prepaid box plans to Canada, BUT we’re not completely removing Canada from our destination list! Please refer to the following details:

COST

Our essential bi-monthly subscription box is $34.95 every other month and our VIP bi-monthly subscription box is $48.95 every other month. Auto-renewal occurs on the 28th every other month (January, March, May, July, September, and November). Both subscription boxes include free U.S. shipping (tax applicable if in California).

Our Single Essential Box is $39.95 USD plus shipping, and our Single VIP Box is $55.95 USD plus shipping. Click here to purchase a one-time Single Essential or VIP Box from our online shop. These are one-off boxes and do not auto-renew every other month.

If you’d like to purchase any of our Prepaid Box Plans below, please contact info@lovegoodly.com and we’re happy to place your order via email! These are one-time charges and do not auto-renew at the end of their box cycle.

 

SKIP/CANCEL

If you purchased a Prepaid Box Plan, you cannot skip or cancel unshipped prepaid boxes.

To skip a box or cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click on Manage Subscription. The deadline to skip a box or cancel your subscription before the next renewal is on the 20th every other month; click here for our exact skip/cancel deadlines. You can also pause your subscription for an extended period of time by emailing info@lovegoodly.com

In order to be fully canceled, you must receive an email confirmation. If you haven’t received an email confirmation within 24-48 hours, please contact us so we can confirm your subscription cancellation.

ALL skip or cancellation requests must be received by or before 11:59pm PST on the 20th of the month prior to shipping. Any cancellation requests received after the 20th will be applied to the next box — no exceptions as your items have already been purchased and a box is reserved for you/the recipient.

 

SHIPPING

Active subscribers and new subscribers/customers who signed up during the pre-order period, the box will start shipping on/around the business week of the 5th every other month (February, April, June, August, October, and December) through USPS First Class via our shipping partner DHL e-commerce.

If you are a new subscriber/customer during the current box period, the box will ship via USPS First Class; we typically ship 1-2 days a week. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.

For Canada customers, your order will ship via USPS First Class International. Please allow up to 7-30+ business days for delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes applicable to their order. Love Goodly does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to, and we cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

 

RETURN POLICY

All box sales are FINAL, non-refundable, and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If any of the below applies to your order, email info@lovegoodly.com within 1-2 days upon receiving your order or upon using or opening the product. To expedite the process, please attach a high-quality image or video:

  • If the product was damaged while en route or if you received a defective item.
  • If you have concerns with an allergy, ingredient, or product consistency.
  • If you are missing an item from your box

Any inquiries reported more than two weeks after receiving your box, we will do our best to assist but we cannot guarantee a product replacement due to limited quantities available.
