It’s the gift that they look forward to throughout the year, delivered right to their door. With many subscription boxes marketed towards women, none tailor specifically to tween and teen girls. Our aha moment was when we noticed this gap in the market! Ruby Crate was born to cater to the younger generation’s needs and wants – providing an excellent opportunity to create a new box with fun treasures for our girls that are theirs, and theirs alone.

What is RUBY CRATE?
RUBY CRATE is a seasonal subscription box especially designed for tween and teenage girls (ages 8-17). Each crate contains fun and exciting products including items for self-expression, beauty, style, tech gadgets and snacks to savour.
What are the Crate options?
There are five Ruby Crate options available: Year-Round Ruby Crate (which is delivered four times a year, once every season), Single Ruby Crate (one time purchase), Double Ruby Crate (one time purchase), Birthday Ruby Crate (one crate to celebrate that special birthday girl) and a Special Edition Grad Ruby Crate.

When will I be billed for my Ruby Crate subscription?
All of our crates are billed at time of ordering.
What is your cancellation policy?
Although we would be sad to see you go, you can cancel your Year-Round subscription after you have been with Ruby Crate for 1 year (4 crates).
What payments do you accept?
We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and Pay Pal payments.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
We are sorry, but we do not offer gift cards at this point in time.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When should I expect my first box?
The Year-Round Ruby Crates and Single Crates are shipped out in March, June, September and December.
For the Birthday Crates, at check out please indicate the recipient’s birthdate so we can ensure we can curate the crate and ship in time for that special date. Please allow for at least 2 weeks from date of purchase to delivery date. Note: due to COVID-19 shipping maybe delayed and take longer than originally planned. We thank you for your patience.
Can I send a subscription box as a gift?
Absolutely! This is the perfect gift for any girl! In the shipping section of the checkout please complete “Special instructions for the seller” and enter the birthday girl’s name, address and birthday and any special notes you would like us to include on her special birthday card.
My Ruby Crate never arrived. What should I do?
If your Ruby Crate is missing, please notify us in writing via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within this timeframe, we cannot be held accountable for the missing box and will not be able to offer you a replacement or refund.
Does Ruby Crate accept returns?
We hope you enjoy your Ruby Crates. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns. However, please let us know if you are unhappy with an item in your crate and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your next crate. Please notify us via email for any feedback.
Oh no! My Ruby Crate box or product arrived damaged! What now?
If you receive a damaged product in your box, or if your box arrived damaged or missing a product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP, and we will take care of it!
Do you include food in your boxes?
Ruby Crate does include a variety of healthy snacks and recipes in some of our boxes. Please check the ingredients to ensure the recipient does not have any allergies to the ingredients. The snacks may be manufactured in a peanut facility. Ruby Crate is not responsible for allergic results from products in the box.
How do I get my product in your box?
