Choose from the essential or deluxe subscription box or a one-time gift box and receive a variety of products tailored to your child’s age and developmental stage. All products featured are ethically made by women-owned businesses and independent makers in the USA.

What is the Howdy Baby Box?
The Howdy Baby Box is a monthly subscription box that features baby and kids products ethically made in the USA by local and small owned businesses. Each box contains unique finds for you and your little one to explore together.
What age/size options do you have?
The Howdy Baby Box is for babies ages newborn through 24 months. The Howdy Kids Box is for children ages 2 to 6 years old.
What’s in the box?
Each box features premium full-sized baby, toddler, or kids products ethically and safely made by independent brands & artisans in the USA. Our boxes feature a variety of family-friendly products including clothing, accessories, care products, toys, and activity items specifically tailored to your child’s age and developmental stage.
When does your box ship?
Our boxes ship on or around the 15th of every month. This includes one time gift boxes.
When is the deadline to order or subscribe and receive the current month’s box?
Orders close on the last day of the month. Anyone who subscribes after the cut off date will receive the following month’s box.
When do I get billed?
New customers are billed at the time of purchase. Subscription renewals are billed on the last day of the month. All plans automatically renew after the subscription period, however, you can pause or cancel before the renewal date.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund any time before your box ships. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders and issue refunds after the box has shipped. Boxes ship on the 15th of the month.
What do I do if my items arrive damaged?
If your items are damaged in transit, please send an email to howdy@threeyellowstarfish.com and include photos of the damaged products so that we may submit a claim. Please note: damage claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the ship date. You may also be required to bring in the items to your local post office.
What do I do if I don’t get my box?
If you have not received your box within 2 weeks of shipment, please send an email to howdy@threeyellowstarfish.com. Please note that claims for missing or lost boxes must be submitted no later than 30 days after the ship date.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
What are your domestic shipping rates (within the U.S.)?
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 per box.
Can I customize my box?
Yes! You can select from the following options:
– Howdy Baby Box – Ages NB – 24 months
– Howdy Kids Box – Ages 2 – 6 years
