How many bags are in each box?
For Personal snackers each box contains five large bags of deliciousness. We also offer 10 and 20 bag options for those with more mouths to feed. Head on over to the Get snacks menu item for more information on the Snack plans.
How much food is in each bag?
We pack four portions of goodness into each bag. Nutritional guidelines suggest that a portion of food is approximately one cupped handful. Not all snack densities are created equal. For example, our Apple Rings are lighter and larger in size, so four cupped handfuls fills the bag and weigh 100 grams. Wholesome Yogi is more densely packed, so four portions weigh 130 grams and don’t fill the bag.
How much does delivery cost?
Enjoy FREE and fast delivery for those ordering 10 or 20 bags at a time. Delivery for 5 snack plans is free to most areas, except for a few far flung places that are expensive to reach. In these situations we’ll ask for a shipping fee at checkout to help get your snacks to you.
What shipping method do you use and what should I expect from my delivery?
We deliver nationwide using Canada Post. Any address that can receive mail via your regular delivery network can receive a Naked Snacks box. If you’re not likely to be home during the day, then delivery to work is recommended.
When can I expect my first box?
It takes us a little time to prepare your delivery since every box is hand selected with the individual customer in mind. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll mail it out. You can expect your first order to arrive around 4-7 days after you join.
How do I update my snack selections?
With plenty of snacking options we want to make sure the choice is 100% yours:
Step 1: Log into your Member area
Step 2: Select the ‘Snack Plan’ tab
Step 3: Find the active plan you’d like to change and click the ‘Manage snacks’ button
Step 4: On the right side of your screen you can easily remove any of your selections, and replace them with others that you prefer
Step 5: Click ‘Update’ to save your selections and we’ll take care of the rest.
How often will my boxes be delivered
This depends on the delivery frequency chosen when you designed your plan. When in doubt, head on over to your Member login to see when the next box is due. You can also change your next order date to any time, or get an express order sent by clicking the green button next to your plan.
How do I pay?
Payment is made when you join and timed according to the plan you choose. We only charge your card when we ship each order, unless of course you’re on a pre-paid plan through Give snacks.
How do I change my deliveries?
You can easily update, pause, or cancel your orders at any time through your Member login. Just head on over to the ‘Snack plan’ tab to see the options.
How do I update my payment information?
Updating payment information is easily done through the Member login. Visit the ‘Billing details’ tab for everything you need.
I have allergies, can I still use the service?
All our fantastic food is packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, soybeans (soya), egg, and sesame. Cross-contamination between ingredients is likely to occur. If you’re allergic to any of these items listed, then unfortunately we can’t help at this time.
Is my box recyclable?
It sure is! You’ll be happy to know that your box is also made from post-consumer recycled board. And if you find yourself becoming a little attached to your beautiful box, then reuse it however you want. We’d love to see what you come up with, so be sure to post and share on your favourite social media channel!
What is the shipping date for gifts?
That’s up to you. When making your purchase simply select a future date that you’d like us to ship the first box and that same date will be used each month going forward (if you chose a 3 month gift). You can also pause and restart deliveries anytime through your Member login.
Can coupons be used for gifts?
Single box gifts are not eligible for discounts in the same way that Get snacks plans are. Gifts on a three month plan already have a discount included, so we don’t offer further reductions using coupons. That would be double dipping.
How does the referral program work?
Referrals are simple and everyone wins! Log into your Member account and you’ll see your personal friendcode in the bottom left corner of the screen. Share your code through email or on social media and enjoy getting paid. For everyone who signs-up using your friendcode, they get $10 off of their first order and you get $10 paid to your credit card!

We ship directly to select retail and office customers throughout Canada. Our minimum wholesale order value is $100, and we offer free shipping on orders over $500. Everyone loves free shipping, right?!
